Mobile App Instructions
To use the Mobile App users must have first successfully enrolled in Heritage Banks new Internet Banking. Once you have successfully enrolled in Internet Banking the SAME Login Information will be used to access the Mobile App.
iPhone / iPad Users: Go to the Apple App Store and search for “Heritage Bank Nebraska”
Android Users: Go to the Google Play Store and search for “Heritage Bank Nebraska”
This should bring up our App as the first choice*. The App will have the Heritage Bank Logo in the Icon. Download the Heritage Bank App. (*Note: there are other Heritage Banks in other states that are unaffiliated with this institution that have their own Mobile Banking App, please be sure you select the correct one to download.)
If you previously used our Mobile Banking App then an update to the App must be performed before attempting to use. If you are having issues updating the mobile app please delete the app and download from the Apple App store or Google Play Store, if that does not work please call Heritage Bank at your earliest convenience so that we may help solve the issue.
Once the new app has been loaded onto your mobile device you can log into the app with the Login, Password, and Security Questions that you set up when enrolling in Internet Banking. Through the mobile app users will have access to: “Mobile Deposit”, Transfers between your Heritage Bank accounts, Bill Pay, Branch and ATM location services, and more.
Mobile Deposit is a new feature to Heritage Bank Customers. This product allows our customers to remotely deposit a check into your Heritage Bank Checking Account. Accepted deposits will be made available after 4:00 PM Central time, if you deposit a check after 4:00 PM it will not post to your account until 4:00 PM the next BUSINESS day. To deposit a check with Mobile Deposit it must:
- Be endorsed properly
- Have the full MICR line visible
- Not be torn or ripped
A proper endorsement will read:
