LANCE MARSHALL
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Lance joined Heritage Bank in July 2023 and has over 27 years of experience in banking. Prior to joining Heritage Bank, Lance was Executive Vice President of Commercial Lending at a Nebraska-based bank. He holds a BS-Business Management from the University of Nebraska-Kearney. Lance is focused on finding business solutions for his clients and believes the key to success is superior individual service. He specializes in commercial lending and has experience in agricultural and consumer lending. Lance works out of the Norfolk office and has been in the Norfolk community for the past 23 years.

SETH ONDERSTAL
VICE PRESIDENT

Seth is a Northeast Nebraska native with a degree in Finance from the
University of Nebraska at Kearney. He brings 11 years of banking
experience with him to Heritage Bank. Seth specializes in meeting
commercial clients’ financing needs along with servicing agriculture and
consumer lending requests. He is excited to continue to serve the
Norfolk community.
