Heritage Bank is excited to announce an upgrade of our entire technology stack effective June 10, 2024.  This substantial investment is focused on your banking needs by making it easier for you to self-service from your smartphone, tablet or computer.  We are also providing our staff with streamlined systems to enable them to focus on delivering great customer service.  This letter outlines important information you want to be aware of as the conversion draws near.

Conversion weekend:  All Heritage Bank offices will close at 3 pm on Friday June 7th to begin the conversion process, and will be closed Saturday June 8th.  We apologize for any inconvenience but look forward to reopening Monday morning like normal with better technology.

Heritage Bank Digital Banking:  Heritage Bank has partnered with an industry leading provider in digital banking technology to provide an elevated user experience.  While we upgrade our digital systems, there will be a scheduled blackout period.

  1. The existing internet and telephone banking systems will be taken into ‘read only mode’ on Thursday, June 6th at 4pm and will be taken offline on Friday and remain unavailable through the weekend. You are welcome to call your branch for any transfers you may need performed on Friday.  Alerts/notifications will not be functioning over the weekend.  Customers will need to manually set-up alerts on the new system.
  2. The Bill Pay system will also be taken down starting at 3pm June 6th. New payments or modifications to existing payments will become unavailable.  Any bill payments entered prior to that time and any scheduled bill payments will be processed as normal. Existing payees and future scheduled payments will transfer to the new system.

  4. If you are not currently utilizing our digital banking platform, we invite you to register as a new digital banking user after June 10th. Simply download the Heritage Bank application from your app store (look for our logo) or visit our website to enroll.

Updated Disclosures:  We are utilizing a new deposit account documentation provider.  To ensure every customer is aware of the terms and conditions governing your accounts with Heritage Bank, a new Deposit Account Agreement and Disclosure is enclosed.  Updated Funds Availability and Electronic Funds Transfer disclosures are included as well, with any changes underlined for your information.
